I rang this business to get a quote for my brother's cremation. An older lady answered the phone, did not say the business name or introduce herself. I had to ask whether it was DFS and asked her name. Lorna. She was abrupt and lacked any compassion I would expect from someone dealing with recently bereaved people. Considerilng my brother had just died !!!! She was quite curt when I said I was ringing a few businesses. I did not give her my business. I was ringing from interstate and did not know much about the local businesses.
