Please note that this is NOT a revenge review. Almost two years ago Dawsons replaced our ducted gas heating with ducted electric. The unit they quoted for was not available, they recommended another, ripped out our ducts and then told us it would not go where the contract said it would. We had endless issues due to the new location of the unit and the inefficiency of the system. and could not understand why we seemed to be the only people in Canberra who were not happy with their heating. They came back and said “I understand that you have encountered challenges with your Actron AC system, and I want to assure you that Dawson Heating and Cooling has undertaken carried out three separate visits to inspect the system and completed all necessary testing to rule out any issues” . It is a shame they did not find this. The pest inspector did and now our heating works beautifully.... as we now longer lose half the heat under the house.Paul and Virginia Dixon

I highly recommend Dawson Heating & Cooling. When our heater shorted out, and they could have charged to come out, they talked us through some troubleshoots, and all fixed! They're a great locally owned company.
