Got a surf rod from them , it snapped after 10 casts with a 10g lure, it was 2 days past warranty but the first time I used it. They basically said bad luck. Never again . At least with your local fishing shop it’s personal.

Got a Fin Nor rod from Dinga It snapped in half after 10 casts. Customer service were no help at all.
