Stay away from these people, all they're interested in is taking your money.
Their tradies have no respect for the surrounding neighbours during the build, waking the neighbourhood up at the crack of dawn with machines, tools and loud music.
They use cheapest materials, install air-conditioners next to neighbours bedrooms and ignore any requests to keep the noise down during the build.
Worse, their tradies usually do 3-4hrs in the early morning then dissapear. Why not do the noisy works later in the day when people are out and abouts and would be less intruse to the neighbourhood?
The build takes forever and the neighbourhood has to suffer. Meaning if you use these people, when you eventually move in you will have neighbours that are crook at you!
Calling them results in no action for anything and eventually when the build is finished, hard to get them out to repair anything. Cheap and nasty lot. Stay away
