Absolutely horrible groom. I tried to sort this out with the owners however they blamed my dog for being blind. $85 and FIVE HOURS later and this is the result. I don’t know what my poor dog went through but I strongly advise not to take your fur babies here. G reviews keep getting removed.

Thank you for reaching out again regarding your dissatisfaction with your groom.
I would like to apologize, again, that you were disappointed with your groom. As we explained on the day, over the phone and on social media (where you have also publicised your feedback) your gorgeous dog has anxiety on the grooming table, which is to be expected for a dog who is blind. Just like my son, who has a disability, this does not mean there is something wrong with them, rather that we must account for their needs when administering a service.
Here at DD, we prioritise humanity over vanity at our salon and believe it is best to build a meaningful relationship with our clients before trying to push for a perfect groom. Which is the policy for which your dog was groomed on the day.
We also explained that all our Saturday grooms are longer grooming appointments - this is done as we have a single groomer on this day and it allows us to cater to minimum numbers to open on a Saturday with no surcharge. Something we do as a service to our clients who are unable to utilise our services during the week. Our usual time slots are minimum 3 hours and Saturdays 4-5 hours.
Dogs are given breaks, water and toilet breaks during their stay.
We would finally like to reiterate that as a small business we have no control over whether google reviews are posted and as such your inability to post your review on that platform is out of our control.
I hope now, that you feel heard and satisfied that you have made known you frustrations across every possible platform.
