If you love your dog, don’t leave it with Dogtopia. My dog was attacked on their property, in front of their staff, in their playground in an unprovoked attack. My dog required urgent veterinary attention and surgery as a result. Management refused to provide details of the dog or the owners to either myself or investigators from Animal Management with Townsville City Council citing "client confidentiality". They refused to say they would permanently ban the offending animal from returning.
There is nothing stopping the owners from placing it in another doggie daycare, with a good chance another animal or staff member will be attacked or worse. This business does NOT care about the welfare of the animals in their care or their staff.
