Dolittles Pet Retreats Brisbane West

Disappointed. Picked up our dog from Dolittles, Kholo on Friday, 5th July to be given back 4 of his 10 anxiety tablets which were to be given on a daily basis. He has lost 1.3kg during his stay and is very agitated and scared since returning home. The fact he has not been given his tablets has most definitely contributed to his not eating as we are now unable to satisfy his appetite. We also left his bed and soft toy when we arrived and these were not given back when we collected him. When we asked for them, his bed was returned from the back room at reception and we were asked to have a look for his toy in various containers in the back room but we were unable to locate it. This led us to believe that he was never given his bed or toy during his stay as on previous occasions these were returned to us at the same time as he was collected from his kennel. An overall disappointment.
