Many times I have shopped here and always get what I need but today they had an advertisement on the speaker advertising discount on a product I wanted but had to pay full price ...rude manager I told him it was just advertising he said o its probably an old reel seriously dont play it then ...what's wrong with people what happened to customer service he just shrugged and walked away I will be taking this further its not the first time ...

On my visit today store was untidy, staff did not know products, products not displayed in correct sections, placed anywhere and everywhere and unable to find. Staff winging not getting enough hours and not happy to work there
