Done & Dusted Properties

My experience has been appalling. They sent good cleaners the first 2 weeks & then after that they sent new unexperienced cleaners which didn’t do a good job. I had to constantly keep chasing them up all the time. I do not recommend them.

It is not easy top find just the right person to come into one’s home to do anything, much less clean and tidy up one’s precious possessions. That’s why I am so grateful that Done and Dusted choose their people carefully, then train them to do the job properly and the products they use are sensitive to people and the environment. After years of doing everything myself I am now lucky to have the most obliging willing and able helper who can be relied upon to do exactly what is required cheerfully. Thank you Done and Dusted.

I was searching for my elderly mother-in-law in the Southern Highlands for a cleaner after losing her cleaner of 25 years. She was very particular and concerned to have new help after so many years with one person. I searched on many websites yet Done and Dusted stood out. Sharon is one of the most professional people I have ever dealt with and was compassionate of my mother-in-law’s fragile situation of living on her own. All of her team were of the highest standards and could not be happier with their cleaning services and care. There was a reminder each fortnight, and if changes needed to be made due to circumstance nothing was ever an issue. Sadly, my mother-in-law has recently passed away, Sharon was so kind in offering help in any way possible.
