Yesterday I took my Ford into this business for a small repair job. I'd called the day before and once I had the part in question I called them again and was able to go there and waited for the repair to be done - all finished within an hour or so. Very impressed with the efficiency of Matty and also his respectfulness to an elderly person. He fully explained what and how he did the job and I felt, went above and beyond in getting my car done in such a short amount of time and I was even more shocked when I paid for his work as it was certainly very, very reasonable. This is the second time I have used this business and I was very impressed both times. A very long standing local business with great customer service. Highly recommend.

They were very professional and understanding that I rely on the car daily, having completed the work and ready for pick up in just 2.5 weeks, however when I picked it up the indicators didn't work well, this is an extra cost I was not prepared for as it should have been covered through the insurance due to the incident

Not having had a collision in 20+ years, although minor, the accident was a stressful experience. Staff at Douglas and Miller have been very reassuring, professional and sincerely friendly. A small, local business, that affords a personalised service experience that larger organisations would be hard pressed to rival. Whether a Youi claim, or private customer, pricing is very fair and quality of service has been exceptional. Definitely a business my wife and I will be recommending in the community. I am very happy with the job recently done on my vehicle. The paint work was excellent as too was the actual panel beating...I was most impressed at the effort made to panel beat the metal surfaces to ensure a minimum of bog filling. There was a problem with the refitting of a plastic garnish rubber seal but this was resolved satisfactorily. The two women I talked to over the phone were extremely polite and helpful...I commend them. I thank you all for a job well done. Cheers, Terry Smith (a person who is particularly hard to please)
