Our hot water system was outdated and leaking badly. We had another plumber come out first which quoted nearly $700 without explanation and charged for the quote. Matt came out the same day and gave us a quote and explained simply what needed to be done. After just an hour, he’d fixed the system and at half the amount previously quoted! Matt was friendly and really easy to chat with. He offered follow up if needed and seniors discount which my landlord is really happy about. I’d have no hesitation in recommending Down To Earth Plumbing whatever. It’s a small local business with big heart. Thanks Matt 👍
