I dropped my phone and the screen came away from the back (it's insides were hanging out). I thought it was dead. Took it to the helpful gentleman at Drop Shop Nambour, who assured me it was no problem to fix. He was so helpful and my phone is better than its ever been. It's almost brand new again! Poor service, armature tech tried to charge me for stuff that wasn’t needed. Would’ve been $80 out of pocket if i listened to the passive aggressive ‘tech’ 🙄

I feel as though I have a great GP, a good mechanic, and now have found my “phone guy”. He is amazing with phone repair, analysis, and getting back to me quick- usually on the spot. Mostly, he just provides such good service, and is inexpensive. I don’t hesitate to tell anyone- if you’ve got a phone problem, any problem - take it to my phone guy. He is the best.

How long does it take to repair my phone?

Our average turnaround time an hour. Our experienced technicians generally spend 20-30 minutes on the repair, however due to high demand we will ask for about 1-2 hours of your time for general repairs.
