Wonderful friendly, informative, and very prompt and courteous service. I was listened to, and was given options about the repair of my TV. I felt understood with what I was requiring, and was offered the extra little things regarding the TV ariel cord etc. It's the little things that count!!!! Then the repair job went ahead and was done within a day. Very, very pleased with the service. Well done Don and Debbie

Put in a record player for repairs. told i have to leave $80. A week later told player was very old Said i dont know if i can make a part, could cost $300, maybe $400. Picked up the player with no work done and they kept the full $80.At the start was told it might not cost $80, which made me think i might get a refund. Is this a honest way to treat a pensioner.

Absolutely brilliant service, I dropped off a TV to be repaired mid Tuesday morning, received a phone call from them about 3:30 pm the same afternoon to say they had found the fault but had to replace the power board which they would order in, received a text message two days later on the Thursday morning to say the TV was finished and ready to be picked up .
