I recently had a treatment with Jodi and the experience was really lovely. Jodi has pure-magic hands. I don't normally like massage, but I was easily swayed with a scalp, shoulder & foot massage. Pure bliss for the hour. Not only was she knowledgeable and thorough, but I learnt information I never would have thought about my body, which makes perfect sense once explained. Her knowledge of how to correct the body is enlightening and very special. I've never received a massage such as this. I walked away without a headache and feeling lighter in body movement. I would like to declare at the onset that i never actually got to the massage part of the consultation with Jodi due to her rude and unprofessional behaviour. I was on holiday with my husband when we decided to get a remedial massage to help relax. During me pre-massage consultation I disclosed that I sleep on my abdomen at which point my encounter with Jodi became not only terribly unpleasant but upsetting. Jodie proceeded to tell me (20 week pregnant at the time) that i was cutting off the nerve supply to my uterus and harming my baby. She followed this statement by comparing a pregnant person who continues to sleep on her abdomen with treating a smoker with lung cancer who continues to smoke. Lets say the encounter went downhill from there and despite me asking to stop the discussion she continued leaving me in tears. I have never left a bad review before however feel that it is my duty to prevent others from having a similar experience. I would never recommend Jodi or her practice!
