Duff's Salamander Bait & Tackle

No Response at all from Duff’s Salamander Bait & Tackle. I am quite disappointed in their customer service. Perhaps they did not pay any attention to my query due to the low price of the product I queried upon.

Hi, I recently went to Duffs looking for a flathead rod to use with soft plastics, Ross there was fantastic he taught me so much about lure fishing and the best part was that he won't sell me a rod until I brought my reel in and balanced it correctly. Very impressed with his attention to detail.

I’ve bought bait from Duff's for many years, the guys there are fisherman and understand you just can’t catch them all the time. Fresh bait and good advice certainly goes a long way to helping with the next picture fish. Sue
