I would like to tell management that this morning I had a very positive experience with East Coast Air. The technician Josh arrived right on time at 7.30am and was able to fix the damage a mouse had done to the internals of the air conditioner. He also cleaned both units thoroughly and was very pleasant with it. I recommend you hold onto him and renumerate him accordingly. Thank you Alison.

Very good experience. They did an excellent job, very respectful of our home. We would recommend them to friends, family and anyone wanting to install air conditioning. Will never again go to big retail stores for an air conditioner. Very happy

The showroom at East Coast Air had everything we were looking for on display. The friendly and professional staff were happy to give advice on all the brands of air conditioning.
