John and his off-siders moved me from Brisbane to Bundaberg. I’m so glad we hired him. Couldn’t get a nicer bloke, he was helpful, professional, friendly, and clearly knows what he’s doing. My house was a bit difficult to access but he was quick to problem solve and happy to find a solution. I’m really grateful for the service we got, thanks so much for making a stressful time a bit easier with your help.

We had John move us from our flooded sheds in Central Victoria to Cairns and kept us informed of his progress all the way. He was just so helpful and thoughtful and so careful and respectful of our possessions. We'd recommend John in a heartbeat :)

Ross and Tony arrived on time, packed the truck amazingly with no wasted space and no room for the load to shift, I was genuinely surprised. They have just finished unloading 14hrs north of the pick up point, no damage on anything. Had a good laugh with them while they worked. Great blokes. Highly recommended and were the cheapest we got quoted! Great job ECFR!

G'day Just a quick note to express our gratitude to Ross and Tony for their efforts in our move. We recently moved from Richmond QLD to Alpha QLD, we booked the move through FNQ Removals. From first contact to final goodbye at the end of service John and his off-siders were professional. It was easy to communicate with John, he always returned calls, was always courteous and happy to work in with our schedule. When our original storage fell through he was quick to step in to help us out at very reasonable rates. John moved us from Lake Conjola, NSW, stored our goods until our home was ready in Hervey Bay and then delivered our effects to our new home. His team was careful with our furniture and belongings and for us, this was the first move with absolutely no breakages. We would have no hesitation in recommending John and his team. John and his team generously volunteered a truck and two men to take community donations from Coffs Harbour to flood affected families around Lismore. The team were so professional and kind-hearted to go door to door delivering Whitegoods to individual families who had no other way of collecting the donated goods (not your normal delivery) .... Tony and Ross were Super Stars 🌟 We can't Thankyou enough, John. From the Volunteers at Alone we can do so little, Together we can do so much.

John and Ross were fantastic , they moved my parents from Woolgoolga NSW to Shepparton Vic and they were amazing and even when John was sick the day before he still managed to get there on the day he stated . They made the move so easy for my parents . They both were such lovely men and who couldn't do enough for us ,even assembling my parents bed for them. Cant recommend John & his team enough for the safe pick up and delivery of our home content. Our belongings were transported from Wallan Victoria up to Bowen Nth Queensland. Due to us being locked by border closures for 2.5 mths, it was fantastic to finally arrive to our boxes and furniture in the rooms they were designated to! And we have a large 2 storied 7 bedroom home. Not one thing damaged. Highly recommended! Top service, Top price. Thank you for making such a huge move easy!
