East Coast Garage Doors & Gates

We ordered a B&D roller door( a great Aussie Product) on 9th December 2019. At the time we signed all the paper work including confirming the colour and paid the deposit. The sales guy said he would try and push for the install before Christmas/New Year. Apparently when we inquired in late January 2020 we were told there were delays because of a backlog of insurance work. This was after an extreme weather event on the Sunshine Coast. The installation was not urgent and we were told that the Ops Manager would call us with an installation date when the backlog was cleared. The backlog was cleared apparently towards the end of February. If we have one criticism it is that it would have been nice to have had more updates during the process. Ending on a positive Mark attended today and installed the door and his work and his customer service were first class.

Won't deal with again. The experience with my garage door was that bad I don't want to put it into writing. I am sure the reply to this feedback will be consistent with communication received...which is what started all of my issues. Will be getting my gates elsewhere.

Fantastic service. My appointment was on Friday, I received a courtesy call that morning giving me a time for arrival, then they arrived right on time, were extremely professional and very efficient and my roller door is back to full working condition! I'm so pleased.

Received a good service from East Coast. They listened to our needs, arrived and installed the garage door when they said they would. They were very professional and did a great job, even taking away the old door for us. This one is much quieter than our old one. We are very happy.

Our garage door was installed around 12mths ago. We had a small operational problem with the mechanics and we were very pleased with the after sales service from East Coast. Our door is now operating perfectly, problem was a simple fix. They have provided us a quality product, great service and have been worth every cent.

Unbelievable difference a door can make to a home, we have been doing a renovation to the home for some time now and the service and advise we got from the crew here was exceptional, such a great difference to appearance to the home very happy cheers.
