This is the 2nd time I have brought wheels from east coast and today just got a set of 22s on my grand cherokee. Experience with the boys from start to finish was a dream very friendly service. Considering the times of covid etc which make it extremely hard to get things I had nothing but ease with the boys at East coast. Defiantly recommend and I will continue to be a repeat customer for many years Thanks boys

Order some wheels was promised a delivery date heard nothing from them for a week had to chase them and then after nearly a day they get back to me telling me another week with no guarantee it will turn up but through all of this no tracking number supplied no feed back no updates and i was promised to start off with will be there in a few days Could have gone local and got it cheaper and immediately not happy with their follow up and follow through

TERRIBLE BUSINESS. Do not pay up front! Damaged car and Wheels. Came in and ordered 4 new tyres. They ordered the wrong rim size. Then proceeded to lie and tell me the brand I wanted didn't make the size I needed (still makes no sense to order incorrect rim size). I phoned another tyre store down the street who said they could have the correct size in that brand within 2 days and quoted me a price well below what I had pre paid in good faith with East Coast. When I told the staff member that indeed the tires could be sourced in the correct size they berated and belittled me and tried to force visibly old stock on me and would not order in the tyres I had requested. I spent a month contacting the ombudsman for review and the day before the review East Coast phoned me to let me know they had the correct tyres. I got the tyres fitted and when I got home I checked my tyre pressures and found a loose wheel nut with chipped off bits of alloy rim. The rest were way over tightened.

On their website, they have PDW rampage wheels on special. I phoned and asked for the offset of the 17x9 set as I need +30 or under to suit my car. I was told by their worker that there are 2, +18 and +22. I contacted PDW and they have told me that they don’t sell wheels with offsets in these numbers. I could’ve bought rims off them with the wrong offsets which would’ve been no good to me.
