How often should you have a skin check at Eastcoast Women's Centre?

The Cancer Council recommends that all adults check their skin every 3 months. For those at risk of skin cancer, we recommend visiting a trained doctor for an examination at least once a year. If you notice a difference or abnormality in your skin visit your doctor as soon as possible.

Our services include pregnancy terminations, pap smears, breast checks, post-termination check ups, menopause care and pregnancy counselling. Our goal is to empower women through support, education, self-help and services so they can make the best health care decisions for themselves.
