Had some items embroidered. First experience overcharged us, and had to go back to sort it out. Credit given. Second experience has some items embroider with initials. Did not use the font selected, and just used basic block. When questioned they said oh, the other girl didn’t write it down and she thought it was strange no font was written so decided to just do basic block. Didn’t bother to give a call to ask even though our number was on the same piece of paper. They did offer to redo it, but it would leave marks where the block letters were previously, so now stuck with that, or have to re-purchase over $100 worth of items to have it done right. No offer of a refund or any other resolution to the problem even though it was completely their fault. Very unprofessional. We Will be finding a new embroiderer moving forward.
