Never had bad experience and again the echo shop was excellent thankyou.

Adrian and Dale were absolutely great they worked back late on last Saturday to resolve my problems but then this store always gives great service.

Bec is an asset to your business, always very helping and has gone out of her way to assist me over the past 2 years. Her customer service skills are fantastic.

Tara has been absolutely fabulous to me during a very traumatic time. She has made the closure of my husbands account after his tragic death so much less painful for me. excellent service, friendly staff and they really know there stuff. I had an issue with my new phone but they got it back to normal really quickly.

They are over priced, check the price before purchasing from them and avoid hiring their service man Neil Greenghalgh, at first he seems friendly but he will do 2 hours job in 5 hours and if you protest you will see his real face.
