overpriced and incompetent, reported to deptfairtrading for poor services which were paid upfront. cold water tap doesnt even work, they wouldnt fix it as "your pump is the issue". plumbers that i have had in after to fix the issue seem to disagree. continually late for appointments by over an hour. couldnt hook up a gas stove correctly. i could go on, shop elsewhere, the plumbing sector is competitive, i recommend you choose someone cheaper, punctual and knows what they are doing

two e mails . one unanswered phone call and i also put a message on their facebook page , i did get a return call some 5 hours later , with a hole lot of excuses ,, not a professional response, or service

When I contacted Eco Earth Plumbing I wasn't sure what the cause of the flooding in the downstairs bathroom was. Aaron was a great help. He arrived on time, listened to what was going on and then offered some suggestions as to what the problem could be. He was not pushy about what work needed to be done. He was very supportive and I felt much more confident in dealing with the whole water situation at my place.
