We recently required an after hours locksmith to secure a relatives home who was away at the time. All the security screen door locks and other door locks had been vandalised during an attempted break in. We called an Eddie Williams employee named Jai who promptly attended the home. He was very polite and efficient and had the home fully secured in no time. We were all so grateful for that level of service after hours and under such stressful circumstances. Eddie and his team have been servicing my properties and vehicles for many years now and they never fail to get the job done in classic no fuss North Queensland style. Recently, the specialist Peter picked the lock and cut keys for a 35-year-old classic car, a difficult job requiring a lot of patience, he smiled his way through the whole job and the bill was more than fair. Highly recommended.

I spoke to someone at Eddie's to get an update, the way he was talking to like doesn't give f about the customer. He couldn't give me any feedback. Kept dying I'll pass your concern to Eddie. Vicky was good unfortunately she had left for the day. Call made during 4.33 pm 4.40 pm. I won't use them again.
