Outstanding- punctual ; completed job. We have also had major drainage work done and solved this problem as well as fixed roof leak . The team undertakes THOROUGH analysis before doing work that’s why is done right the FIRST time !! Highly recommend

First job proved difficult due to old fittings plus my request to move laundry tub to fit in second washing machine which two other trades said wasn't possible. Made his own adaption of fittings to ensure all worked beautifully not to mention 'popping off to get another part'. Fitted us in today for a total refit of sale property for an elderly Aunt when had officially finished yesterday. Great Plumbers are rare especially in cost so I could not be happier with Grahams efforts to do everything possible to ensure everything worked perfectly. Thank you so much.

Asked this plumber to check a leak in my sister's bathroom. She has a brain injury and I live away so had to talk to him over the phone. He stated it is not a plumbing issue so not their concern as it is a tilers job. They could not recommend one tiler or water proofer to assist. When asked how they could not know one tradesman who could help given our circumstances. Hung up and left my sister's house with no explanation making her confused. Then submitted her an invoice. Given my husband owns a business himself this is very poor customer service and he would never leave someone confused and upset like this company did.
