I tried to rent thru Elders before in Capella and Wendy is very welcoming at start then we gave our bond money and advance payment for us to move in , but then we our running out of time in the rental we currently on before and she keep saying the house just need mowing and re cleaning and then she changed her mind and doesn’t want us to move in into the house and she just instantly changed and got rude and not answering my phone about getting my money back she swears and yells on the phone that I got the police involved just to get my money back to look for other place to live in! But that still took a long process she makes everything so so difficult 😣 and she is the far nastiest person I’ve ever met

Worst Real Estate ever! We got so badly treated as landlords it was disgusting! The principal has no sense of humanity, the way she talks to you is disgraceful! I have never ever met such a rude person! Also the property manager didn’t do her job, simple questions couldn’t be answered etc.., Instead of getting customer service you will get verbally abused! I highly recommend to stay clear if Elders and to tenants watch out for your bond! You won’t get it back it will be claimed before there wasceven an inspection done! STAY CLEAR
