I’m so happy with my new blinds ! From start to finish I have been impressed with the professionalism shown by the staff at Elegant blinds . The quoting process was so quick and easy . I’m really happy with the communication from the lovely office ladies while waiting for my order . Simon did a fantastic job installing them just the way I wanted . Blinds were installed in under 4 weeks . I would definitely recommend this company , I wish the new owners all the best

We always support local business. After reading the reviews for elegant blinds, we thought we were on a winner. We had 7 venetian blinds installed late April 22. Recently on an extremely hot night, we left our windows half way open. Next morning the end of one slat was hanging down. Elegant blinds said the manufacturer who is in Sydney apparently, said no to fixing the blind. What happened to a 12 month warranty? This is crazy. Why is elegant blinds, the supplier referring us back to the manufacturer. They are the supplier who should stand by the product they sold us. We were told.... we had left the window open !!!! WHAT. If you have blinds you can't open the window. You want to use a company who stands by the product they sell you.

I have just had shutters and screens installed on all the windows in my home. The experience from beginning to end was amazing. Elegant Blinds kept to their time line for delivery and installation. The office staff and installer were all professional in their dealings with me. In particular the installer was cheerful and knew exactly what he was doing. Totally incompetent, forgot to order blinds wrong blinds ordered. Installer was very good and apologetic. Then want to charge for missing blinds as though it was our fault .would not recommend using this company.

We were looking to have our home fitted with new window furnishings, and so contacted Elegant Blinds & Awnings for a comparable quote. Their product range is extensive and customer service is excellent (a shout out to Lauren for her friendly and helpful attitude with any of my queries).
