We wanted our pure wool carpet dry cleaned. Chris not only provided the best quote but blew us away in every aspect of his work from punctuality, friendliness, moving furniture so the whole carpet in each room was cleaned (we did move as much as we possibly could out of each room before he got there) the thoroughness of his work, then checking to make sure we were happy with the result. We've regularly had our carpets cleaned in Brisbane and as recent newcomers to the Northern Rivers our expectations were truly exceeded in every way. I rarely bother to do a review but we were both so impressed with the service and outcome I felt it was the best ever value for money. If this standard continues you've won long term customers.
