I asked for a upper and lower chin wax, the Woman put the wax from my lower jaw up to my lip then did the right upper lip and waited a few minutes while she did whatever she was doing behind me then comes back and puts wax in the middle and the left lip and then starts ripping the bottom off then the right side (which had both been on longer than I’ve ever experienced in over 30 years of having this done) and then tried to take off the left side which had not had enough time to “cure” which hurt and she says “oh sorry then tries again straight away MORE PAIN and after the 3rd time she says “oh you have bruise but it go away in two days it’s ok” I looked in the mirror and cried she has bruised most of my top lip. I said in all these years no one has ever done this and she tried saying it was because my skin was dry. OMG OWN YOUR MISTAKE WOMAN! I drove 20 minutes to my home and it had a blood blister as well on it by then. She wrecked my shopping plans cause this is embarrassing!
