Absolutely ❤ this salon. Have been coming here for 2 years and I have never had a bad hair style, cut or colour. Sena and Tina are very experienced and always talk the process through to me especially as i have been to other salons who have done wrong by me. Would highly recommend 😊

I went to Elle hair and beauty today to get my hair coloured. I was wanting to go from black to light brown. The owner was very professional and friendly and always smiled even though it was lunch time and she couldn't eat lunch. I am Supper happy with my results. I have a nice light brown colour which is soft and shiny. I couldn't be happier! Strongly recommend! Thank you so much Sena.

Worst salon experience of my life. I was booked in for a scalp bleach as I’ve had many times. I was very clear on what I wanted but during the whole process something didn’t seem right. when it came time to washing off the bleach the lady was very rough with my porous hair. It’s like she’s never washed off bleach off a clients hair before. I then thought they would apply the toner as I usual have but no she applies a highlift tint to my fragile scalp which burned. We never discussed this part so I was quite confused as I usually just have a toner. As I come from a hairdressing background I watch the time go by and a highlift shouldn’t stay on the hair no longer than 45 minutes but an hour had past and I had to tell them they have to wash it off now very unprofessional Not at one point was I offered a tea or coffee. Then she was about to start drying my hair then I see clumps of my hair falling out and tell her to stop.The outcome was horrendous orange roots didn’t match my cool ends

I was very happy yesterday my hair came out very very nice. Love the color . Elle was very kind and she knows already what color will fits you... my hair was very soft ... you re one of the best... elle god bless you

Elle hairdresser McLeod St Cairns is simply the best in Cairns, as Jane takes pride in her work and I love the way she takes care of my hair and gives advice too. I am very contented with her attention to details.
