Have been to Ems countless times food and service always A1 my most favourite place to eat been to Thailand twice nothing beats Ems

Although phone etiquette needs attention - staff are generally friendly, food is excellent each time we order and we have been numerous times over the years. Lots of veg and yummy sauce! All friends who've joined us rave about the great food and value for money! Highly recommended!

I didn't get what I ordered which was very disappointing. I specifically asked for a vegetable chu chee and I got very little vegies and a number of king prawns (which I hate and which tainted the taste of the whole dish). The stir fry with peanut sauce was also disappointing as it did not have much of a peanut taste to it at all. When I rang to advise that I didn't get what I ordered the women just apolgised saying she normally does the chu chee with prawns. That is no excuse when it's not what I ordered. I was told they could do it in a vegetable version. Overall a very disappointing choice. I should have opted for Indian.

EM's Thai Kitchen has a good range of standard Thai options which isn't too expensive and has an extensive menu, eg chilli and basil and then 3-5 options of meat so plenty to choose from. Soups, stir-fry, noodles, curry and some nice entrees. Everything we had was nicely cooked but I think adjusted to local taste - fair enough, it's a small town. Good alternative to pub food. Recommend you rug up because it's not too warm.

Don't be deceived by the exterior of the restaurant. This exquisite Thai restaurant will surely impress. Casual but quality! The chef cooks everything by herself so it can be a bit of a wait But OMG this Thai is authentic and delicious Definitely worth 5 stars and not pricey at all. Highly recommended.
