Empowered Living Choices was created to help bridge the gap for people living with a disability, to ensure clients receive a complete care program that supports their medical and disability specific requirements in a manner that suits them. Our founder Courtney Scott is a passionate entrepreneur who has worked within the disability sector since she was 16 years old. With a background in nursing, aged care and real estate, her journey led her back to the disability space which reigniting her passion of caring for others. Her experience and desire to make a difference, provided her with true understanding, compassion and insight into the industry and helped Courtney bridge the gap to create a superior service, with a holistic approach to empower others. Empowered Living Choices was born. ELC is a boutique NDIS registered provider the specialises in complex cares, client specific care and staff training, housing, Support Independent Living (SIL), Specialised Disability Accommodation (SDA), Independent Living Options (ILO), Respite, holidays, community nursing, employment support and more. Courtney understands the importance of self-expression, individuality, and the significance of living a life of choice and control and has built ELC around those key values. Creating a community where people feel safe, empowered and supported, in a manner and style that suits them. Going beyond the standard level of care to provide valuable and relevant information, listening to every unique goal and desired life experience to create personalised care programs. Providing the foundations for full choice and control and bringing the joy of life to every participant.
