Enable Exercise

The Enable Exercise clinic is located in Canterbury and is equipped to accommodate many different neurological disorders. Our experienced staff focus on providing the highest level of exercise rehabilitation in a fun and vibrant environment. Each of our clients receive tailored exercise programs specific to their therapy goals. In a collaborative effort our therapist will assist in designing therapy goals specific and meaningful to the client. These goals are often focused on functional improvements to improve day to day activities, quality of life, independence, and overall health and wellbeing.
