My experience was excellent. I placed an order and within 10 minutes I received an apology phone call as the essential oil I had ordered had'nt distilled correctly and the aroma wasn't quite right. I was asked how I intended to use the oil and was offered an alternative after received knowledgable advice to guide my decision. Excellent people, well run business and I love that the oils are derived from Australian native plants. An all round winner love from JacsJems
