Dealt with the the lady who in no uncertain terms let me know she was the owner.It really turned me off doing any sort of business in the future. Arrogant , unfriendly and no respect for customers. Makes me wonder ?

Two and a bit years ago, I bought a Husqvarna lawnmower from estate mowers. The young bloke there was absolutely brilliant. He explained the ins and outs of the mower to me and said it in plain English, not gobbledygook techno stuff. Since buying the mower, I have had no trouble at all with this machine. I had it recently serviced and again the same young bloke was there and the service was good. Thank you estate mowers, I will be back.

This morning I had a break down with my ride on mower. I knew the brand - I described the part to the lady whom I spoke to at ESTATE MOWERS in Ingham Road GARBUTT and instantly she new what I was speaking about. "We have them in stock," she says. I am thinking WOW, you have just made my day! And I was so grateful and extremely overwhelmed at the high level of friendly prompt service. It was just what I needed as time was against me. I was seconds on the phone with this very friendly efficent lady. Order confirmed, paid for the part and the courier service deliver first thing in the morning from Townsville to Charters Towers. What more could you wish for? This is how all businesses should operate. I am so damn happy. A BIG thank you very much ESTATE MOWERS TOWNSVILLE - I really appreciate you and your great service.
