Never go back to ETYRES store Replace 4 tyres give 4 different size and brand I did go back to let know the mistake ,owner not want take responsibility of is mistakes refuse to replace the tyres Owner abusive and veryarrogant person I not recommend no one to go buy tyres from ETYRES store in south townsville

I had a blow out at 3.30pm this arvo and ETyres stayed open past their close time to get me back on the road. Awesome! Townsville needs more people like Adam from ETyres!

I was helping a lady out who was going through a tough time and needed tyres for her Hilux. I bought 4 second-hand tyres of Etyres South Townsville just to get her out of trouble till she got back on her feet. Went to get them put on at another tyre shop and the shop said they are buggered and that they should be scrapped, not safe. I went back to Etyres to see about exchange or money back. Was told that the tyres are fine and that there's no exchanges as they had nothing that size but would sell her new ones and as she couldn't afford tyres at all I paid $150 for the 4 tyres then the manager offered store credit which under the circumstances was pointless. It annoyed me that I was trying to help out a person down on their luck and Etyres just disregarded all morals for profit. Townsville doesn't need businesses like this. Queenslanders help people out in need, not kick them while they are down. Shame on you and your ethics!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
