A week ago I sent an email to Eurocoast asking what I thought was a simple question about my frig. Depending on their response I would ask them to give me a quote for its repair. But, no response! I don't know why companies provide an email address for customer queries if they don't intend to monitor that address.

EuroCoast were so easy to deal with. I called to book in someone to come and replace by washing machine seal, they texted the day before with a 2 hour timeframe of when they would arrive, Craig arrived well within this timeframe and completed the work. He was lovely and checked to ensure that it wasn't leaking. Very well priced and definitely recommended! Thank you!
