I have just had Luke and his team here to remove 2 problem trees and I can’t recommend them highly enough they did a great job. They are a very professional and safety conscious team nothing was a problem they removed everything and cleaned up very impressed thank you Evergreen Ken Stead 👍👍👍👍👍

The most disastrous business decision we've made was to use Evergreen Tree Professionals (Cowboys) to trim our approx 5mtr trees by half a metre and shape them. The week before we were due to go to market they actually just cut them in half! My husband had also phoned that day and said they weren't meant to commence until he was on site and to call him and give him 20 minutes notice to get there. They didn't follow those instructions either. What we ended up with was 3 very ugly looking trees with no privacy to either front room which requires alternative measures to rectify that. We also lost beautiful shade on a western aspect and were laughed at by the proprietor when we requested rectification work. My husband is a builder and I'm in the property industry and even we got done over. Imagine what might happen to an elderly person dealing with this. Just devastated at this extreme lack of care and due diligence. Can't really rate them in any capacity.
