Expresso Hand Carwash Arundel

Good quality cleaning in the past, but their service has declined badly over the past 12 months. Recently watched as main cleaner was more focussed talking on his phone whilst lazily wiping the car, he even noticed spots of dirt which he then deliberately wiped around missing the spots. When I approached the manager after watching this, I was told I need to pay more money for a more extensive clean. Have used both their Harbour Town & Southport locations - Harbour Town 5/5 stars, Southport 1/5. I guess it all comes down to the quality of staff hired at each location.

Very very poor effort cleaning on my van i payed $180 for a whirlwind and i had my partner pick it up the floor had not been cleaned at all by looks of it the seat was still filthy and dust on the door frames still very noticable shit overall service would not go back or reccomnd to any one

Paid $45 for interior cleaning, the scope of work nowhere to be displayed. They just vacuumed inside and wipe with dirty cloth inside without using any cleaning sprays. So, it literraly wasn't cleaned, just vacuumed for $45. After complaining, they didn't bother to clean it properly. I do not recommend to spend your money there, absolutely rude and unprofessional staff there
