Are your products environmentally friendly?

Cleaning solutions are flexible depending on your request, I offer biodegradable cleaners that are very effective, but I also carry a chemical hot water soft wash. They are applied at a diluted ratio and then further diluted once washed away.

What equipment do you use?

I run a 30 litre per minute pump as I am a firm believer that flow over pressure gives a better clean. That being said, I have up to 4100psi available to use if and when required as well as a boiler unit giving me 85 degrees centigrade of hot water.

Can you clean a property with several storeys?

Accepted Answer

I can clean up to 3-story buildings and houses from the ground. This includes windows.

Do you do on-site & phone quotes?

Accepted Answer

Due to the types of services I offer most of my quotes will need to be provided after viewing the property. This is for a range of reasons; water pressure, access, height, how the building is situated on the block etc. However, I can quote using Google Earth and a phone call on some occasions.

Do you have insurance?

I am insured for $20 million in public liability insurance, so you know you’re in safe hands.

What if I have some areas on my property that have damage?

When It comes to damage, I always have a good look around before I start and will point out any areas of concern to you beforehand to get your consent to either leave well alone or proceed with that section of work.

Will the chemicals kill my plants?

Accepted Answer

No, the dilution ratio is such that it won't kill any established plant. I try my best not to cover plants in chemicals, as I'm there to clean the house, not the plants.

Can you only work in sunny weather?

Accepted Answer

The rain and cooler temps actually benefit a clean, the extra moisture helps lift the dirt and makes it easier to wash away.

Can you clean oil stains?

Accepted Answer

Yes, depending on the surface type. All concrete surfaces are porous and will draw oils and stains in. However, the products I use in combination with the 85-degree water, I am able to lift most of the stain out of the surface.

Will water come inside?

Accepted Answer

Sometimes, it all depends on the type of windows and doors. I will advise you on-site if and where I think water may enter. An old towel is usually all it takes to suppress the water.  All that being said, I never blast hard at windows or doors and will usually scrub and rinse them by hand to minimise any chance of water getting into your home.
