F & M Plumbers & Drainers

Unfortunately I too cannot recommend F & M Plumbers. Jarrod was extremely unprofessional and failed to turn up to a scheduled appointment or even call to reschedule. When he did attend he recommended that he have a camera put down my fully submerged and blocked rain water drain pipe. I was then advised that the camera could not see under water and they failed to locate the problem. I then went elsewhere and had the issue fixed with no problems. F & M Plumbers then sent me an invoice for nearly $400 for doing nothing. As I felt this was excessive I attempted to resolve this with the owners but theyjust didn't care. If you want prompt, professional plumbing or gas done, then I suggest do not use F & M Plumbing…in my experience.

Unfortunately, I would not recommend F&M Plumbing after having a home filter system installation. We recently discovered the filters were left in their plastic packaging & the gauges were never installed properly. It seems some basic quality assurance was never completed before leaving the job. Please check your filter installations if you have had any done by F&M Plumbing. We were drinking unfiltered water that was passing through plastic packaging for months. Notice in the photo how 2 gauges are not showing pressure? They were not working and this was completely missed after install.
