I had to cancel membership as we were moving and went through the correct avenues to do so and had approval from them that it was cancelled. I have then been illegally charged 3 more payments after my cancellation date and have notified the owners for over 2 weeks, they have refused communication with me and have not refunded the monies owing to me. Poor customer service from the new owners!
