Ken has answered the phone promptly for me every time and the whole process was made easy, fitting me in within a few days notice. Ken has offered to discuss possible ideas for renovations and has kept the line of communication open for any questions, exactly what one is after going through this process.

Took 5 days to get report had to ask for it to be emailed. Do not believe Ken looked at retaining wall behind some Lilly Pilly plants as he refused to send pictures of this retaining wall. He answered “none” in report where accessibility obstruction were mentioned so there is no reason for him not viewing retaining wall. Overall a poor choice by me to engage Fairview inspections ,
