I would not recommend these people. I made an enquiry asking for a quote to change a light fitting (which I would supply) at a residence 2 minutes’ drive from their office. THEY SAID THEY COULD NOT GIVE A QUOTE WITHOUT SEEING THE JOB. As it was a quick, simple & close job I figured the price would be reasonable so I made a booking with them. When I called on the morning of the day THEY HAD NO RECORD OF MY BOOKING but made a new one for that afternoon. After the half hour job was completed I received an invoice I deemed excessive so I enquired what their hourly rate was. THEIR REPLY WAS THAT THEY DID NOT USE AN HOURLY RATE BUT HAD SET PRICES FOR DIFFERENT JOBS. In which case- they COULD have given me a quotation before making the booking- but did not! When I told them this they responded saying they have in their notes that they did give me a quote. THEY HAD NOT GIVEN A QUOTE AND LOST OR DIDN’T RECORD MY FIRST BOOKING. Hopeless or conniving? Either way hardly professional!

Service was excellent but so overpriced. Required a light/fan switch in a unit's toilet to be replaced and explained the situation in detail to the receptionist who did the bookings. The electricians turned up with an incorrect switch as they had not had the right information relayed to them from the office. They went out to a provider to acquire the right switch and then returned to complete the job. On the in voice I was charged for the inspection, the travelling to acquire the switch externally and then the completion of the job. $311 later for one switch is way overpriced. I should not have had to pay for their lack of having the right switch with them and their travel time to get it. Have used once before in the past with no problem but will need to consider sourcing other electricians. Way too expensive in my opinion.

From the initial visit to the installation today, I am very pleased with this business. The staff, both in the office and out in the field doing the quote then installations are very helpful. They left no mess and were very tidy. Very happy!
