Can I have a discount?

No! We are a fixed price repairer which means that everyone pays the exact same amount. It’s the way we have always done it and it is the fairest. It ensures you are always getting the very best price. We never overcharge anyone.

Isn’t it better to go through my insurance?

In many circumstances it is. However with minor accident damage its often not. Average Excess is normally somewhere in the $600-$750 range however for younger drivers its often more than double this.
