Maybe they should change their name to SLOWWAY COURIERS. You have to chase them up to find out where your parcel is, then go and pick it up from their depot, because they don't deliver direct door to door. At least not to mine and I'm in Town.

Possibly Australia's worst and most unreliable courier company. Lost goods , damaged goods. The more packing and fragile tape you use the more the delivery drivers see it as a challenge to break it . Then if you try to make a claim through their system they just muck you around for months on end. Do yourselves a favour and find a different courier.

They claim they cannot deliver saying nobody home when I was at home all day.
