Fat Goose Crossing

Not impressed at alli ordered a coffee and a toasted sandwich that was fine the coffee came out first then i waited for 30 min no toasted sandwich so i said something strike 2 it wasn't pur on the order when it did finally come ut was the worst toasted sandwich ive ever had the bun was hard as a rock the ham was burnt and no marg or cheese as i asked for or the order totally discussed with the laziness of the preparation of the food i wont be coming back

Table of 5, waited 30 mins for first plate, then 5-10 mins between everything else. Eggs benny, advertised special on board outside, arrived cold so was sent back. 10 mins later waitress asked if we wanted it replaced, we were nearly done so said no, she said it would be refunded. Paid for mine, left friend to pay for hers as the place was crowded. My friend was then abused by the check out woman for not paying for the Eggs Benny, which she had not even ordered. My young friend came to me in tears because this woman had said something to the effect.... 'I shouldn't have to deal with you f**king bad customers.'

Always amazing service and amazing food. Loved it and love the fact that you have so many gluten free options to choose from. Thank u.

Overall the food was great but unfortunately the service is what puts the restaurant down. The staff are energetic don't get me wrong but I think the issue is due to the way the seating is arranged and the fact the front door is non existent so it does get a bit messy and probably confusing for the waiters to remember who has just walked in. Meals don't always come out promptly either.
