Very disappointed about the services. Have been with this company for the last 5 years but now it comes to an end. We booked in with certain day and time. That day technician wanted to come early, we say sorry, no because we won’t be able to ready by the time he wanted. We rang the office, asking to keep the same time that we booked?! They said ok. 10 mins before the booking time, I got a phone call back said technician can’t come. What?!! Ok, fine. We booked back for another day. He came this time, but after few days, we saw lot of ants around. Rang up the office again. They happy to rebook for another treatment. I thought that would be free under the warranty. No. They charged me $128 for this time. Because last treatment was Cockroaches, not ants so I have to pay this time, which is I didn’t expect it. We got the same treatment for the last 5 years and never seen one single ant. And now, somehow, after few days treatment, ...Enough now I guess.

We've booked Wesley from Federal Pest Control for a couple of years now and highly recommend his services. He's very thorough with the job! Nice work. See you again next year.
