Frequently Asked Questions
What happens if my child becomes unwell while at preschool?
Staff will complete a sudden illness form and parents (guardians) will be contacted to collect the child. Parents/guardians will also be asked to sign the sudden illness form on collecting a child and a copy can be provided, if necessary.
I think my child is well enough to attend preschool, but your staff disagree. What should I do?
While the educators are very knowledgeable about child development they are not doctors and are not able to diagnose ailments children suffer. Should you disagree with the educators about the health of your child we would encourage you to seek medical attention to obtain a letter that states your child is well and not infectious to others.
