I don’t normally leave reviews, but after my recent shopping experience I felt it was worth taking the time to write one. These days it seems very hard to find genuine old fashioned customer service where people actually answer questions properly, follow through on what they say, and make you feel like a valued customer instead of just another number. That was not the case here at all. Overall I was very happy with the experience and would comfortably purchase again in the future. If you appreciate reliable service, honest communication, and good old fashioned customer care, then this is the kind of business worth supporting.

All emails bounce, delivery service never calls prior and doesn't transfer to a local depot. Over 2 months of trying to get my order fulfilled and no interest in it being fulfilled by the vendor. Order number: SOV951429 2 x attempted deliveries. Paid for freight twice.

Don't buy anything from them!! Impossible to get in contact with them. Gave me fake tracking and shipping details. Phone numbers provided are no help its all fake. Have contacted bank about fraud.

Never delivered order after almost 2 months

They are scumbags after sales service is non existent!! Take your money send you what ever rubbish they have stay away from this company buy elsewhere!! I would rate them minus 5!!

DO NOT BUY FROM THESE CHARLATANS! They told me they couldn’t deliver to my home as I didn’t have a forklift!!! So I gave them a place with a forklift and guess what. Still no order. Ordered 13th August! Now they ignore my messages and I’m $1000 out of pocket
